Winter Reading is changing this year. We will no longer be using ReadSquared to log your books. Please follow the following links to Google Forms to log each of your books and completed Missions. Limits for books have been removed and every week there will be a new prize. At the end of the program there will be a Finale Bash (March 6th at 2pm). This is where we will drawn the grand prize winner from all participants across the program. There will also be smaller raffles to win for those in attendance, with bonus tickets being handed out based on how many books you read during the program.

Nature Girl
by Carl Hiaasen
View in Library Catalog
This author writes interesting stories. He takes ordinary people going through their ordinary lives and creates a very interesting story that is original and different from what I see being written today. Refreshing is a great word to describe this author.
The Positronic Man
by Isaac Asimov

It a book with a good flow and a couple of gut punches. Asimov is as good at emotional moments as he is thorough.
Organize Tomorrow Today

good book, helpful in organizing priorities.
Rough Justice

Could not easily keep my focus on this book. The action is written so nonchalantly, it didn’t peak my interest. However, the book is a quick read. I rate it a four out of ten.
Skinny Dip

I liked this book a lot. It was a fun and easy read. It had a story line that was different than what I’m used to, which I appreciated very much.
Great Tales Of Mystery & Suspense
by Bill Pronzini

Honestly surprised me with some of its twists and turns in this over 70 year old radio compilation.
The Art Thief
by Michael Finkel

I like the author's writing style but this book had no thesis. I'm not sure what the author wanted the reader to feel or think after reading the book. A more focused intention would have helped this book out immensely.
Easier Than You Think ...because Life Doesn't Have To Be So Hard
by Richard Carlson

Breaking down tasks into small steps .
The Far Side Gallery 2
by Gary Larson

A classic collection with a couple of my personal favorites in it. My grandmother had these and they were always worth a read.
Jazz Masters Of The Twenties
by Richard Hadlock

The book is quite old and in some senses outdated, though it is a good rundown of many important figures in jazz history for those who can digest the dialect of musical terms.
